With version 25.00 we have decided to redo all the system tables of Compindex and Pibspeex to capture the latest and correct information of the system(s). These are the tables within Compindex and Pibspeex that contain information like dimension definitions, formulas which calculate scores, dimension names, scales, test definitions, norm tables etc. When running version 25.00 Update the system will delete these tables, recreate them and enter all the default data again. This will happen each time an update application is run on a system.
SQL server compatibility issues were also solved and one Update can now be used for SQL Server or Microsoft Access databases.
The Installation or Update Process
Normally separate applications would have been downloaded and run. Now with one downloaded package you can either update your existing installation or do a complete new installation.
